ATG100 Optimization Scorecard

This scorecard is an attempt to combine simple, accessible metrics into a single-number longevity score out of a maximum 100 points. There are 10 categories, 10 points each, 5 tests per category.

Most tests have clickable links, and many are free. Try to fill out the scorecard as best you can with your existing data + data you can quickly acquire, and don’t get stuck in any one detail. The scorecard is designed to be pretty robust—if you incorrectly score a “6” instead of an “8” on a single test, it only affects your overall score by 0.4 points.

There are two big goals here:

1. Empower people to understand their data in an integrated, intuitive fashion.
2. Give competitive people something to aim at to crowdsource new longevity solutions.
